Being able to link a support case to an internal defect/enhancement number

I am pretty active on the Dataiku Support portal alwys raising cases for defects and enhancements. Many times bugs or enhancements will be fixed or implemented and I wouldn't be notified. This is because there is no between a support case and the internal defect/enhancement number. If will be great if this link existed and it was visible to support users so that they could track the internal defect/enhancement number and be notified when/if it got implemented.
