Setting up Odata Plugin

I am trying to setup the Odata plugin. However, I am getting the following error

I installed the Plugin and configured it using the test URL and it works for me. Can you please show us your configuration?

The plugin works fine with the Test URL. However, With the Actual URL and my credentials, I am getting this error.

Can you hit your Odata URL in your browser? It should look like this one:

https://services.odata.org/V3/OData/OData.svc/

I meant that you should test your own Odata URL in the browser, the one that has "operations.dy".

Yes, I can access the webapp if I hit the URL

That's not an OData URL. Use the OData service document URL (usually OData.svc).

Okay. I Will contact the IT department to double check on the URL. I can see the required data if I hit the URL btw
