Calling a plugin from inside a webapp

I have a plugin that fetches data.  This plugin also has a few UI elements that I want to display  (i.e., textboxes and a submit button).  I would like to utilize this functionality and UI from a webapp.  Is this possible...i.e., to call a plugin and have it fully function within a webapp?

Any examples would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks!
