Installing Library in Dataiku's Jupyter Notebook

I just try to use Dataiku to make some self-projects and I am pretty beginner with Dataiku. I have made the code to read DLIS files using external library which is DLISIO. However, when it comes to install the library, it can't be proceeded due to some permissions. Can I know why is this happened? Is there a way to install that library? I also try to install Sklearn library but also resulting permission denied. You can see the screenshot in the attachment. Thanks.
