opening session error - VT-x is not available

When I try to start to Virtual Machine, I get the following error. Can somebody help?

Failed to open a session for the virtual machine dataiku-dss-3.1.0.

VT-x is not available (VERR_VMX_NO_VMX).

To run the Dataiku virtual machine, your own computer must have hardware virtualization enabled (which is generally called VT-X).

All modern processors have hardware virtualization, but you might need to enable it in your BIOS.

Alternatively, you may want to consider AWS or Azure options if you can't run virtual machines on your Windows.
