unexpected behaviour with new project -> new dataset

I have a new AWS AMI based trial install of DSS 7.0, and, after I've created a project and added a dataset, I click on the New Dataset button on the Project's home page, I get the error: Not found: dataset does not exist: XXXXXX.New dataset

Is there something configured wrongly?

Hi,

This section actually contains your "recently viewed" items, and the "New dataset" here is not a valid one, it represents when you actually created a new dataset, but isn't a dataset itself.

Don't use this icon, instead go to the Flow and click +Dataset

Have you configured this dataset to read uploaded files? Else you will need a connection with files to read from.
