Error in Python process.

Hi Team, i am facing this following this issue since morning:

 Oops: an unexpected error occurred .Error in Python process: At line 236: <class 'Exception'>: Check credentials and troubleshooting docs - Mount Failed: Refer to the mount.cifs(8) manual page (e.g. man mount.cifs) and kernel log messages (dmesg)

Please see our options for getting help. HTTP code: , type: <class 'Exception'>

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

    Could you share a bit of your code?

    Are you trying to mount a CIFS shared filesystem? So, the credentials error is due to your Dataiku user not having the proper permissions on your Dataiku server or on the remote server?

    That's just a blind guess.
