Request: Enable Code Envs / Install Hugging Face environment in Dataiku

Hi Team,

I am currently setting up a model connection in Dataiku, but I am blocked because my account doesn't have permissions to manage code environments.

Could you please either:

1. Install the "Local Hugging Face models for GPU" internal code environment under DSS Settings $\rightarrow$ Code Envs $\rightarrow$ Internal envs setup, OR
2. Grant my user group permission to create/manage custom code environments via Launchpad?
