DSS Engine error on visual recipes

Greetings All,

Please advise how to solve DSS Engine error on visual recipes "

Oops: an unexpected error occurred

Unknown error

Please see our options for getting help

HTTP code: 500, type: unknown"

Therefore as an impact the datasets after the visual recipes are not updated.

We are experiencing the issues mostly on the Group by and Prepare recipe, Please see attached

Operating system used: ubuntu (20.04)

Please check the backend.log file to find the error as there should be a bit more information on why it happens.

Indeed as @Turribeach mentioned, the information you have provided in this post does not provide enough context for us to help you investigate the issue.

Just to double check here, on your screenshot i see that you have not selected any engine. Did you select the DSS engine and then upon run had this behaviour with the selected engine being un-selected?

Could you please create a support ticket with all above details? We would also need for you to provide the affected job diagnostics for us to conduct an investigation. We will be happy to work with you on this case!
