1. Integrated Margin Modeling: Ampol’s finance and data & analytics teams collaborated to create new integrated margin views in Dataiku. This replaced static Excel models with dynamic, automated pipelines, enhancing data traceability and quality control. The new solution provides near real-time margin insights, significantly reducing data preparation time.
2. User-Facing WebApps: Ampol’s Commercial Analytics team built web-based Edit Tools within Dataiku to streamline commercial analytics. These tools automate data validation, enable real-time user editing, and secure sensitive data with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). This improves data accuracy and speeds up decision-making across trading operations.
