Check if sharepoint excel file column has unique value then store data else email user.

I am trying to develop a mechanism where we need to retrieve sharepoint excel files from the library one by one , once the user uploads and check if duplicate value is present in one column(SKU) , if yes then email user "Duplicate values found in SKU , please check." else store the dataset.
