Passed Core Designer Certificate exam but I have not received any email with link to certification

Hello,

I have passed Core Designer Certificate exam on 29th March, but as of today but I have not received any email with link to certification not it is showing under by academy profile. Please see attached.

How much time does it take to issue the certificate?

Hello Shiraz,

I hope that you are doing well. Just double checking here on two things:

• Have you passed the certificate will signed up with this email (sometimes two accounts are created on academy so it is always good to double check)
• After the exam (both the practical part and examination part) have you received a message that this was completed successfully?

If both of the above are confirmed could you please open a support chat conversation on your dataiku cloud account so that we can check with the academy team what the issue might be?
