You can access the launchpad through: https://launchpad-dku.app.dataiku.io/

Could you please clarify? I am assuming that you are using Dataiku Cloud here

I see two possible cases here based on your initial question.

• You are not able to access your launchpad.

1) Logout https://profile.dataiku.com/logout

2) Go to https://profile.dataiku.com and log in again with your email/password

• You would like to be added as a user on someone else's instance

Admins of a Dataiku Cloud space can invite other users to the space from "Users, Roles & Groups" in Launchpad. Please refer to this document  on how to invite users to your Dataiku Online space. If you are not an admin of the space, you will need to ask your space's admins to invite users to the space. https://knowledge.dataiku.com/latest/kb/dku-online/user-invite.html

Could you please clarify if your case is different from one of the above?
