Dataiku Python notebook kernel error.

Hi Dataiku Expert,

We got a kernel error when starting a python notebook in Dataiku. The error message shows below. It is strange that it only happens to certain users. For the same notebook, one user can start and connect to the kernel without issue, but the affected user will get this kernel error. Both tested users have the same access privileges.

Could you please advise how to troubleshoot?
