Replacing source data set with new dataset

I have a flow , where there are series of recipes, but now I want to change the main source data set , how can I do it

First add the dataset to the flow using the Dataset button. Then open the recipe of the dataset you want to replace. In that recipe go to the input/output dataset options, this is slightly different for each recipe, sometimes it's on the Input/Output tab sometimes it's on Advanced. Now change the input dataset to the new dataset you previously added. Save the changes and go back to the flow. Now find the dataset you removed from the recipe (it should be stand alone in the flow) and delete it.
