C++ integration

I believe that it would be interesting to have C++ as an added programming language option for code recipes.

This would have several advantages:

1) provide a tool for higher-performance in-memory computations

2) increase portability of legacy code

3) increase dataiku suitability to applications in quant finance, as quant finance desks are C++ heavy
