Create code environment via cmdline

Hi,

is it possible to create a new code environment in an automated way? I tried to tar gz an existing code environment and move to the new DSS installation, but it did not worked.

Found the solution: not just the code-env directory has to be moved, but also the "desc" directory for the particular code env.
