Is there a place where I can do inline editing of the DSS data?

Hi Simon,
inline edition is on our roadmap and should be available soon.
In the meantime, depending on your needs, you may want to use an automated procedure (either in a preparation recipe with for example the find/replace processor or in a code-based recipe) or a notebook. -
Can you recommend something for ipython?
