Adding model evaluation metrics or creating custom metrics

I'm testing out the clustering algorithms and was wondering if it's possible for a user to add existing scikit-learn evaluation metrics (such as Davies–Bouldin) to the existing list (Silhouette, Inertia, Clusters)?
