custom date formate

why it doesn't accept the custom date formating while i am parsing my date field and even not when i am trying with date formate fuction.
please help me out how to set the custom date formating in this case?

I solved that issue but now the problem is that i have few dates which are same in my dataset with different order id.
could you please help me out how do i make that value distint to have time series forcasting?
