How to duplicate a project with input data files in a Data Folder

I know how to export a project, but I want to duplicate a project, giving it a new name. Unless I do that, when I import it, an existing project might get overwritten, assuming it is even possible to execute.

I tried to duplicate my project, but the input datasets required to build it are not duplicated. I do not wish to reimport the data. How can I accomplish this? Thanks.
