renaming a column in prepare recipe removes schema description

Hi, we have documented column meanings within datasets using schema->description. However, when we work further with the column and rename it in prepare recipe (e.g. so that we expand shortcut, etc.), the description is removed. Is this intentional? To me this looks like a bug as I cannot see a reason for this. (the meaning is still the same, even if the column name has changed).

    Hi,

    This is currently a known limitation for which we do not have a workaround as the description is carried by the output dataset column, and is not "transported" over the steps of the prepare recipe.

    While we are looking at possible solutions in the future, we do not have precise plans for that
