Does Dataiku generate documentation about the flows?

    Can you be more precise about what you mean with documentation?

    Today, you can:

    • see dependencies on the Flow view
    • browse each dataset/recipe, attach descriptions to each of them
    • add description of the project on the home of the project (in 5.0 release, you will also have Wikis)
    • access all DSS elements via the API to build custom reports/export

    It was to see if it was possible to have kind of a document generated by Dataiku about the project. About what data is used and which steps the recipes follow.

    Hi, I have the same question, has this moved on at all? For audit purposes it would be good if there was the ability to generate a report that detailed the steps in each recipe (could show formulas, descriptions etc) and all the recipes in the flow. This would all be drawn together by a picture of the project flow.
