Failed individual explanation when scoring

I am having trouble getting the individual explanation when scoring on the test set.

This only happens when asking to compute the individua explanations. can it be related to memory?

You are indeed facing a memory issue here. You can decrease the sub chunk size parameter to avoid this problem.
