dynamic data structure on multiple file

Hello, I'm working on my first project,

And I have a structure with a lot of column ( 50) for 2022, but every year, my file can change a little bit, for example, for 2023, my file can have 51 column( 1 more), So I would like to know if you have an idea about how to have a dynamic structur because I have to automate the proccess.

What actions do you have in mind for that dynamic structure ? With some visual processors you can select columns by pattern for example.. If you can elaborate a little a more targeted answer is possible.
