Kmeans clusturing with conditions

Hello everyone,

I have a clusturing condition i want to add but i can't find the paramters to do it.

I want to make a clusturing by longitude ('longitude_ville') and latitude ('latitude_ville') what i have achieved,

but i want to make clusters considering the sum of a third variable ('01') < 420.

Does anyone have any idea how to do this?
