Is there a way to pass Dataiku project variable in the Recipients field of Scenario mail option as attached in screenshot?

Hi,

You can use a variable the same way you would do for a formula in a prepare recipe. The syntax is {variable_name}. Variables are defined at the project level and can be set following this piece of documentation: https://knowledge.dataiku.com/latest/kb/o16n/variables/variables-in-flows.html
