Append data to row from subsequent row

Hi All,

I have data similar to the below (a) which I would like to transform to be like below (b). Is this possible in Dataiku, and if so how would I go about this?

Appreciate any guidance you may be able to share.

A - Pre-Transformation

130001		1,443
	HJK	123

B - Post-Transformation
