Backup and restore strategy of Fleet Manager

We know that there is an option to take backup of DSS instance in form of snapshot by Fleet Manager in Azure. But how we can deny the fact that we need to give similar emphasis on Fleet Manager's backup strategy?
FM is responsible of:
- Keeping track of DSS instances.
- Holding information of snapshots.
- Having details of IP addresses of instances, instance template etc.
In event of FM being crashed, how would we get those details back?
Thus, we can think a robust backup and restore strategy of FM. I can understand that it's cloud administrator's job to take care of it but we can highlights its importance in the documentation and set best practices.
