Filter On A Dataset/ Table In Dashboard

Hi,
I just use DSS for creating a simple dashboard that visualization my prepared data. I upload my .csv file as datasets, and pin them to a dashboard as tables. The table is very big, and I want to add some filters / selections / conditions, is it possible?
I can use insight to filter the data, but if i public the dashboard to other viewer, how can I do it easily and quickly.

You can edit the insight to add filters/sort that the viewers of the dashboard will see.
Another solution is to prepare the data and then expose the output dataset.
If your viewers have edit rights on the insight they can manipulate the filters themselves. -
Does it means that only I can use filters/sort on the insight?
