Tableau extract on a partitioned dataset

What's the recommended method for creating a Tableau data extract (using the existing plug-in) on a dataset that partitioned by a distinct dimension. For example, we have a dataset that's partitioned by job number (100, 101, 102, etc.). We want to build an extract that contains all of the partitions; however, when we run our scenarios, the extract is only built for the partition that runs last.

I'm trying to avoid creating a new dataset that's pointing to where the data is located and NOT connect to our existing flow.
