Web app, "Api Key is not valid"

When I create a new Web App, I'm supposed to grant permission to the datasets I plan to use. However I only see `Api Key not valid`.

I should have admin level rights, and I read nowhere of any step required before this.

Am I missing something?

This is a bug in 4.0.0 through 4.0.2 which is fixed in the latest 4.0.3 and 4.0.4 releases
