determine whether or not data contains noise

Dataiku's time series prediction learns waveform patterns and generates a model.
Using that model, is it possible to input waveform data as test data and determine whether or not the test data contains noise?
The purpose is to do something like data cleansing to determine whether the waveform input as test data is usable data or not.
It would be helpful if you could guide me through the steps if possible.
