I am predicting rare outcomes in a class-imbalanced dataset and using the partial dependence plots for the most important features. For my most important feature, a single bin contains 67% of the rows, and this lack of detail is a problem. Is it possible to adjust the bin edges on a PDP? I'd much rather have 10 bins covering 2/3 of the data instead of 1.
