Failed to create the tutorial - Advanced Designer Exam

Dear Dataiku community,

I had started my advanced designer exam with a mistake in the project and to be able to answer the question correctly, I deleted the project from Dataiku. An error message came up but when I opened the homepage, the project was gone. 

I then tried to add the project again from DSS Tutorials but I am getting the following error:

C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Local\Dataiku\DataScienceStudio\dss_home/pyenv/Scripts/python.exe failed (exit code: 1)

I then tried to download the zip file but that is unsuccessful, too.

I am using DSS version 12.

Hi, 

This is an issue that happens only when DSS is installed on the Windows system (considered as not supported).

Please install DSS on the Linux host for now. We will see what can be done for the Windows platform but no guarantees.

Thank you - I have no experience with Linux whatsoever but will try my very best.

Ideally, another 14-day trial access should help since I need the access for a company training program.
