Email Notification on Scenario Failure: unexpected error occurred

Hi,

Our users are facing an unexpected error on some of their scenarios that send email notifications out upon scenario failure.

The error seems to be with the use of the template when configuring the email trigger.

I have attached a copy of the trigger configuration and the error received.

I have tried to locate the tmpl0 file however I am unable to see it via the UI. I was hoping you would be able to advise me on where I can find this file and how I can solve this issue for our users.
