Clear Scenario run list

Hi All,
When we run a scenario we can see a list of all the previous runs under
Last Runs >> List >> Run Logs
i have a scenario which runs every hour. and i wish to retain the list of its previous runs only for the last 5 days.
There is a macro which does help remove all logs which are older than 5 days but i see that the list still shows all the old runs. (The logs in those runs are removed)
Is there a way to remove the runs from the list as well. or is this something that needs to be retained to track commits ?
Any guidance would help.
