Automation - trigger scenario on Amazon S3 dataset change

I'd like to trigger a scenario when a file is uploaded / changed in an Amazon S3 bucket. I've got the connection set-up, I can read the (existing) files into a dataset, but the "dataset changed trigger" in the scenario does not get activated when changes are made in the bucket. Is such a setup possible at all, or could you recommend an alternative to achieve the same?
