For your second issue, is this issue only happening with a specific project export? Are you able to successfully import other projects?
The reason I ask is because this "unexpected end of ZLIB input stream" error typically indicates that either the zip file might be corrupted or that the transfer has been unexpectedly cut off for some reason. I would suggest checking if this zip file can be uncompressed locally as a whole on your machine, and if you are unable to open the zip file as an archive, this would imply that the archive is corrupt and you'll want to regenerate the project export.
If you continue to face issues though, please reproduce the issue and open a support ticket directly so that we can help you further investigate. If that is the case, we'll also need an instance diagnosis, which you can use https://dl.dataiku.com to upload (plus include the link generated) if the file is too large to be uploaded to the ticket itself.
So our internal team in charge of hosted trials have informed me that they should have extended your trial as requested. Could you please check to see if that is the case?
For the import issue, it seems likely that this project export has been corrupted. Could you try regenerating the project export and try importing it again using this new export? If you still face issues, please open a support ticket with an instance diagnosis (and a copy of the project export zip) so that we can help you investigate further.
