Hi,

Could you clarify exactly where you are encountering this error? Also, could you please confirm that you've properly followed our SAML setup documentation?

If you continue facing issues, please open a support ticket with the following:

  • Provide more details about what was done exactly and relevant screenshots
  • Provide more details about which SAML provider you are using exactly
  • Generate an instance diagnosis

we followed the steps as described in doc. and encountered the error while Testing the Callback-URL

Hi @ns 

Please make sure that you IDP has HTTP-POST SAML binding configured for DSS SP and that you are making POST call on the DSS callback URL.
