Hello, any idea on my stuck designer node. I've deployed fleet manager using stacks in aws. On on dss GUI i've setup template and then licence. When I use template to launche a designer node I can go to state running but starting only. It has take now more thank 3 hours. Is that normal?
Thanks
Hi,
It should not take 3 hours there may he an issue with fleet manage setup.
Please reach out to support and provide the fleet manager diagnosis from maintenace tab of FM and if the dss instance is visible try to ssh to it and obtain a diagnostics via CLI su to dataiku user
/data/dataiku/dss_data/bin/dssadmin run-diagnosis -c -v -s -l diag.zip
Thanks

I run diagnosis in dataiku gui of fm.
data/dataiku/fmhome have /bin /config /support / /run etc also some more files.
Thanks, I'll see with support.
Its unclear just on this alone could.
Can you find the instance e.g if you deployed on AWS go to EC2 console.
Find the IP and SSH to it and then you should be able to obtain the diagnostic from CLI.
But would best to raise a support to further assist with this.
Thanks
