I can't connect the VM

I can't connect the VM
Hello,

Since today, I can't connect the VM, when I enter login and password "dataiku/dataiku", the connection failed and if I try to open the page : http://127.0.0.1:10000/ there is the message "Could not connect to DSS Server" "please check if DSS Server is running"

Yesterday everthing was OK I've just entered a licence key (obtained with my faculty)

As mentioned by Clément, please refer to  https://doc.dataiku.com/dss/latest/installation/other/vm.html#how-do-i-log-into-the-virtual-machine in order to investigate the issue with the logs (/home/dataiku/dss/run/backend.log)

Thank you for your answer but "permission denied" for the backend.log
I managed to reinstall a 2nd Dataiku VM ...
