Currently, our DNS is hosted by Google Domains.
We are working on establishing our Dataiku DSS environments in Amazon, for a variety of reasons (unrelated to DNS and Certificates).
Wondering if anyone out there has worked out a good or even a best practice on setting up DNS and Certificates for a very small fleet of Dataiku Nodes in Amazon.
Thanks for any help you can provide.
Operating system used: Amazon AWS / Fleet Manager
@tgb417 You could use Fleet manager and use the SSL settings:
https://doc.dataiku.com/dss/latest/installation/cloudstacks-aws/instances.html#ssl-settings
This will allow you to setup your fleet nice and easy with the right certificates. As a bonus, you can store your certificate in the AWS secret manager.
For the DNS, I would go for using the `Assign an existing elastic IP` that you can define for each instance, in their own settings section.
Hopes that answer is of any help.
