Error while installing dataiku DSS on windows 10 - JAVA error

Hello,

Installing Dataiku with the launcher is not working here.

It looks like the installer tries to download JDK 1.8 and stop immediatly.

however direct download of the file describedin the log file is working for :

https://github.com/adoptium/temurin8-binaries/releases/download/jdk8u322-b06/OpenJDK8U-jdk_x64_windo...
Any help would be appreciated.

Can you share the additional logs logs  C:\Users\dell\AppData\Local\Dataiku\DataScienceStudio\dss_home\run\install.log

hello : sorry ther no install.log file in there ...

the only log file I could find in the repertory and sub repertory of

"C:\Users\dell\AppData\Local\Dataiku\DataScienceStudio\"

is launcher.log that I included in my first question

But that does not say the version that is awaited by the installer : 

Trying with

OpenJDK8U-jdk_x64_windows_hotspot_8u322b06.zip

did not worked for me...

Hi,

Can you try to delete the install directory and download the latest kit and try again?

Same issue apparently.

Here is the launcher.log file

I confirm that the install package is not able to deal with java installation.

I suppose that after the JAVA zip download the DSS installer is not able to unzip the java package.

If I unzip the package manually into the target repertory I have a valid java.exe file and the java download/install package will be skipped by the DSS installer.

The installation process would hopefully complete correctly.
