I have installed DSS as per the procedure mentioned in https://www.dataiku.com/product/get-started/linux/ after downloading Ubuntu subsystem in windows 10. Whenever I am trying to start the service I am getting the below error and log. I am not able to understand where I have made the mistake. Could you guide me with the steps?
Unfortunately, I'm unable to see the error or log that you've attached so it's hard to diagnose why this may be happening. With that being said, can you confirm that you've properly initialized your Ubuntu distribution and that DSS isn't installed on a mounted directory accessible from Windows, as mentioned in our "Install on Windows" article that can be found here? https://www.dataiku.com/product/get-started/windows/
Otherwise, you may also want to consider installing DSS on a virtual machine instead or using the hosted trial that we provide (free for 14 days) if you're looking to just check out and play around with DSS.
