Dataiku Issues

To Whom It May Concern,

I have been trying to log into my Dataiku since I only have it for 30 days but the page is constantly loading and never shows up. Attached is a screenshot of the issue which has been going on for hours. Please advise.

Hi,

We advise you to restart your software. Go to the server on which you installed Dataiku, in the DSS data directory, and run ./bin/dss restart

I have restarted my laptop, but it still does not work. It will not load for me to install Dataiku. After hours of loading I finally got to the login page and then the issue became it will not accept my credentials provided to me. Please advise.
