According to @DSS predefined notebooks in documentation there should be 8 prebuilt notebooks, however, I do not have that in my Code action section(see pic below).
How do I get this component?
DSS comes with 8 prebuilt notebooks for analyzing datasets:

To access these predefined templates, select a dataset in the Flow, click on the Lab icon, then on the Predefined template icon.
A pop will open with the predefined templates

On the actions slideout that you showed in your screenshot you need to select the "Lab" on top first. Then on the Lab sidebar you will find the predefined notebook templates at the bottom:
