API node not responding

We have two production API nodes. A user tried deploying to both nodes. One deployment worked, the other one failed with a "host unreachable" error. I logged onto the node, and DSS is running, however it doesn't respond to an "isAlive" message. The iptables configuration is identical between the two nodes. Is there something else I should be looking at?

    Hi Trevor,

    Are you able to successfully ping the API node that's not working from whatever instance your deployer is located on? Also, have you tried restarting DSS on that API node?

    I can ping the node. I also checked the ports, and nginx is running on the correct port (13000). Restarting DSS didn't change anything. I ran some of the apinode-admin commands, and it responds to those. I'm going to review the iptables settings to see if traffic on port 13000 is getting blocked somehow.
