The move projects between folders option does not show in the Dataiku home page and only shows when you visit a project while navigating a project folder or when you visit /project-list/. This is a silly UX inconsistency which is compounded by the fact that you can't really see the project folder full path in the Dataiku GUI (see this other Product Idea). As you can see there are no three dots at the bottom right corner of the project card to move them. However going to the project list enables the option:

So for consistency I would like to see the "Move to..." added to project cards in the home page as well as this is the first screen most users see and has their most recent projects so it acts as a "Windows Desktop". Also for consistency the option should be added to the project ACTIONS button, which already shares the "Duplicate this project" option which also appears in the three dots if you have permissions to clone the project:
