Allow adding a data steward to multiple selected datasets

When adding dataset to a data collection it is critical to include a data steward. However, for legacy projects created with Dataiku versions lower than 11, having to add a data steward to multiple datasets individually is inefficient. It might also be the case for new projects that grow organically.

The idea is to allow the user to select multiple datasets and assign them a steward in one step.
